EdTech for Impact
Recognises technology-enabled learning solutions with proven learning outcomes β evaluated on evidence of impact, not on user numbers, downloads, or reach alone.
Eligibility Criteria
Organisations applying for the award must meet the following eligibility requirements.
Eligible Entities
Registered EdTech companies (for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid), social enterprises, and government-partnered digital learning platforms operating in India.
Product Maturity
The product or platform must have been live and in active use for a minimum of 12 months prior to nomination.
User Base
A minimum of 10,000 active learners in the past academic year is expected. Early-stage ventures with a smaller base but strong, credible outcome data may still be considered at the jury's discretion.
Segment
Solutions serving K-12 education, foundational literacy/numeracy, or skilling within India are eligible, including India-focused deployments by organisations headquartered abroad.
Evidence Requirement
Entries must be accompanied by learning-outcome data (internal or third-party). Reach, download, or engagement metrics alone are not sufficient for shortlisting.
Model
Both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and institution/government-deployed (B2B2C) models are eligible.
Exclusions
Pure content-aggregation or streaming apps with no assessment or outcome-tracking mechanism; entities with pending data-privacy or child-safety violations.
